Terms & Cancellation

Please note that all reservations require a deposit at the time of booking and card details to secure the booking. We operate a strict 72 hour cancellation policy and in the event of non-cancellation or a ‘no show’, we will charge your card the remainder of the set price menu per person. If we are able to re-sell your table, the remaining balance will be refunded. IF YOU DO NEED TO AMEND YOUR BOOKING – THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE IN WRITING (EMAIL) TO info@homeatpenarth.co.uk with your booking name, booking number and date of reservation.Cancellations and amendments will be not be taken over the telephone as this system is not manned continuously.

Any Dietary requirements need to be stated at the time of booking as we cannot guarantee that these can be catered for at short notice.

Due to Covid restrictions with table numbers ,we will have a waiting list for the tables and it is only fair to people on the Standby list. We ask that all patrons are adhering to the current Covid guidelines when they make a booking with us.

Please be aware this is a Victorian Building and unfortunately we do not have a Disabled Toilet and access is via a small staircase with 5 stairs. However the restaurant is fully accessible.

We also have very limited space in the Dining area and due to this, pushchairs will not be possible.
