Michelin Star

Lou, myself and the rest of the team (family) would like to thank everyone for their lovely messages of congratulations, this week has been a bit of a blur and we cannot thank all of our wonderful customers, suppliers, friends and family enough for all your support and belief in us.

The past 2 years have been extremely tough on us as a whole family, as it has been for so many people. Starting again has been extremely tough, not just physically but mentally as well. I can honestly say for the first time in my career I am “Home”, (sorry for sounding cheesy) surrounded by the most important people to me, my family.

We also want to send a huge thank you to @MichelinGuideUK. For their continued and enduring support and, for giving us such a special gift, a star.
